Some poor guy got a bill saying he owed Visa that amount.

Bing Maps Beta: Does it compare to Google Maps?

The easy answer is not yet. Pretty pictures make for a compelling story, but unless you have the massive database that google maps boasts of, you are always playing catch up. The database notwithsatanding, this is one of those Microsoft features that you can say is cool.
