Today, we successfully hosted our corporate website (www.deerwalk.com) in Amazon EC2. Amazon EC2 is the premier service in cloud computing and given the excitement around cloud computing these days, we wanted to give it a try.

For the past 13 months, my company has been implementing CMMi approach for process improvement. Our goal is to achieve CMMi Level 3 certification. Our CMMi implementation has been facing a series of hurdles because we wanted to achieve agility with CMMi.

It surely is not easy to open a business in Nepal much less start a company.
